During high-volume periods or new product drops, processing times may be slightly extended — if delays occur, we’ll always communicate via email.

🔍 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number and a direct link to follow your package.

If tracking hasn’t updated in 7 business days, please contact us and we’ll assist you.


📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

EmpowerMent is not responsible for packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier that are lost or stolen.
If this happens, please contact the carrier directly, or reach out to us and we’ll help assist with a claim.


Preorders & Special Drops

If your order contains a preorder item, the entire order ships together once all items are available.
Estimated preorder timelines will always be shown on the product page.
